Plantum and FloraHolland have concluded joint agreements concerning the way in which Plant Breeders' Right holders can involve FloraHolland in approaching and dealing with growers who have infringed Plant Breeders' Right and propagated varieties without permission which are now being offered for auction.
 
The actual approach will differ according to the individual situation. A procedure has been established for the most common situations. This creates clarity for both the auction room and for the Plant Breeders' Right holder who is experiencing problems with infringement issues.
