Grass varieties for recreational purposes such as sports fields, lawns, golf greens, verges and dikes are also subjected to a Value for Cultivation and Use test (VCU). The results are published annually in the Grass guide. The Grass guide contains information about the suitability of the different types of grass, grass mixtures and specific characteristics of the various varieties. It is an ideal guide for all those involved in sowing and caring for grass pitches and recreational grass.
